Thailand Jin Xuan BIO is an exclusive, certified organic Oolong Specialty tea sourced from the pristine, mist-shrouded peaks of northern Thailand, near the borders of Myanmar and Laos. This legendary cultivar (often known as "Golden Daylily" or "Natural Milk Oolong") is globally celebrated for its incredible natural phenomenon: it possesses a completely unadapted, creamy, buttery sweetness and delicate notes of wild mountain orchids without the addition of any artificial flavorings.

The tea artisans have skillfully rolled the leaves into compact, olive-green pearls. Upon making contact with hot water, these pearls dramatically expand into surprisingly long, whole, and slightly wavy leaves, proving their outstanding Specialty whole-leaf grade. The liquor infuses into a gorgeous, warm melon-yellow hue. On the palate, it is exceptionally silky, smooth, and well-rounded, delivering a comforting sense of exotic elegance and pure relaxation in every cup.

Ingredients: 100% semi-fermented organic Oolong tea (Jin Xuan Specialty grade).

Brewing Guide:

  •   Amount: 1 tsp of pearls per 150 ml of water

  •   Water temperature: 90 °C (Hot water is vital to properly penetrate and unwind the tightly compressed pearls)

  •   Steeping time: 3 minutes

  •   Infusions: 1 time (For a standard cup method, though whole leaves of this caliber easily support subsequent short infusions)
