Mate Tea

Mate is a traditional South American drink, especially popular in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil. It is obtained from the dried leaves of the Paraguayan holly (also known as Ilex paraguariensis). Mate is a unique plant that is rich in vitamins and minerals necessary for the human body.
