Choosing herbal tea

Herbal teas are infusions made from the leaves, flowers, fruit and other parts of different plants. The range includes individual herbs and blends with different flavours and aromas. When choosing, compare the ingredients and tasting notes. Blends containing mate or guarana may contain caffeine.

Brewing

Use freshly boiled water and follow the quantities and steeping time given on the packaging. These can differ between plants and blends. For a cold drink, brew it hot first, then let it cool.

Storage

You can store tea in our resealable pouches. Close the pouch securely after each use and keep it in a dry, dark place, away from heat and strong smells. This helps preserve the tea’s flavour and aroma.
