Rooibos
Rooibos tea is made from the leaves of the Aspalathus linearis bush, which grows only in the picturesque South Africa. This tea is distinguished not only by its unique origin, but also by the careful production process: after harvesting, the leaves are crushed and rolled, and then fermented in the fresh air under the bright African sun. It is this natural process, with regular watering and stirring of the leaves, that gives the tea its characteristic brownish-orange hue and deep flavor.
