White Tea

White tea is considered elite because it is relatively rare, refined and one of the most expensive teas in the world. Unlike other tea varieties, white tea is not steamed or specially processed - to preserve the natural appearance and value of the tea leaves, they are dried in the sun or in specially adapted rooms. Since white tea is practically not fermented, it requires special care in transportation and storage.
