Choosing tea

Start with the type of tea and the flavours you enjoy. Black, green and white teas, oolong and Pu Erh differ in how their leaves are processed. Choose fruit and herbal blends by their ingredients and tasting notes. For flavoured teas, consider the tea base, added ingredients and flavourings; for matcha and hojicha powders, check the preparation method.

Brewing

Follow the packaging or individual product description for the amount of tea, water temperature and steeping time. Separate tea leaves from the infusion after steeping. For powders, follow the mixing or whisking instructions. Adjust the strength gradually to suit your taste.

Storage

You can store loose tea in our resealable pouches. Close the pouch securely after use and keep it in a dry, dark place, away from heat and strong smells. This helps preserve the tea’s flavour and aroma. For powders, also follow the storage instructions on their original packaging.
