Ingredients: Nana mint leaves (Mentha spicata).


Nana mint leaves (Mentha spicata). Boosts immunity, aids the function of the respiratory and digestive tracts, and acts against flatulence. It promotes relaxation.

Preparation guidelines:

Allow 1-2 teaspoons of tea for each 1,5dl of water, add freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 5-8 minutes. Sieve and serve.
