Taiwan Formosa Jade Oolong, oolong tea
A sophisticated and premium lightly oxidized "green" Oolong tea from the high mountains of Taiwan. Tightly rolled leaves expand into a clear, golden infusion, offering a delicate fruit profile and a mesmerizing aroma of fresh peach blossoms. A premium tea that can be re-steeped up to 3 times.
Taiwan Formosa Jade Oolong (Taiwan Jade) is a highly sought-after and exquisite delicacy deeply prized by both local Taiwanese producers and tea connoisseurs worldwide. This is a classic example of a "green" or lightly oxidized Oolong, where the leaves are processed quickly to capture and preserve their pristine floral character, vibrant energy, and crisp freshness. Master tea artisans skillfully roll each whole leaf into tiny, tight pearls that visually mimic polished jade gemstones.
Upon steeping, these compact spheres slowly and gracefully unfurl, yielding a brilliant golden-green liquor and immediately releasing a captivating fragrance. Its soft, succulent fruit-forward profile beautifully evokes the sweet scent of blooming peach blossoms and fresh spring dew. The texture is incredibly smooth, airy, and refreshing, providing clean mental focus and a gentle sense of vitality. Due to the outstanding structural grade of the Taiwanese leaves, it is perfectly suited for multiple consecutive infusions.
