Lapsang Souchong, black tea

Black tea Lapsang Souchong with the distinct smokey aroma and taste.

Known also as Zengshan XIAozhong. In the final stage of production they are hung in baskets over smoking pine wood fires to dry.The intensely black leaves give dark red liquor that has a distinctive smoky aroma and flavour.

Brewing tips:

* 1 teaspoon of tea for 150 ml water;

* t 1000C;.

* Steep for: 2-3 min;.

* Suitable for 1 infusion.
