Special Price €18.32 Regular Price €22.90

A heavy-bodied, exotic 100% Arabica Single Origin coffee from Sumatra's Gayo Highlands (1200–1400 m). Featuring the traditional Gilling Basah semi-washed process and a dark roast (7 out of 10), it offers a thick texture with delicate acidity, cocoa notes, spicy accents, and a sweet liquorice finish.

Sumatra Gayo Highland is an exceptionally full-bodied, exotic, and remarkably rich premium Single Origin coffee grown in the fertile Gayo Highlands of the Aceh region on the island of Sumatra. Cultivated between 1200 and 1400 meters above sea level, the unique microclimate and volcanic soil yield a deeply complex and distinctive cup profile.

Processed using the traditional Indonesian semi-washed method known as Gilling Basah and brought to a bold medium-dark roast (7 out of 10), it highlights an extraordinarily heavy, syrupy texture paired with a delicate acidity. The palate is enriched by deep notes of cocoa, warm spice accents, and a long, pleasantly sweet liquorice finish.
