Nicaragua Don Victor comes from the Aranjuez area of Nicaragua’s Matagalpa region, where coffee is grown at elevations of 1380–1500 m. This coffee is of the Java variety and is washed processed.
The coffee is named after farm owner Victor Robelo. Its journey begins with the careful selection of coffee cherries at harvest.
