Guatemala San Buenaventura Estate, coffee 200 g
Velvety coffee from Guatemala’s Antigua region with notes of dark chocolate and peanuts, gentle fruity acidity and subtle hints of bread. Our medium roast (6/10) brings out the chocolate and nutty notes while preserving the coffee’s layered character.
Guatemala San Buenaventura Estate comes from Guatemala’s Antigua region, where coffee is grown at 1400–1675 m above sea level. This coffee combines the Bourbon and Caturra arabica varieties and is processed using the washed method.
We choose a medium roast (6/10) to highlight the dark chocolate and peanut notes while preserving the coffee’s gentle fruity acidity. The flavour unfolds gradually, with pronounced chocolate and nutty notes complemented by subtle hints of bread. A velvety texture and rich aroma give the coffee depth.
