Green Pu Erh, Pu Erh tea

€6.99

An authentic, naturally aged raw green Sheng Pu-erh tea from China's Yunnan Province. Featuring a highly invigorating character and an unforgettable, multi-faceted profile of smoky blossoms and wild honey. A premium whole-leaf tea that can be re-steeped up to 3 times.

Green Pu-erh (Sheng Pu-erh) is one of the most intriguing, ancient, and highly dynamic categories in the world of tea, sourced directly from the mist-shrouded peaks of Yunnan Province, China. This raw green tea serves as the historic, unrefined equivalent to traditional dark (black) Pu-erh. Its true mastery lies in the fact that the leaves bypass accelerated fermentation; instead, they retain their vibrant green character and undergo a slow, natural aging process over years, beautifully shifting in complexity.

Upon brewing, this tea immediately releases a truly unforgettable, multi-layered aroma defined by wild mountain blossoms, dried fruits, raw honey, and a subtle, sophisticated hint of smoky wood. On the palate, it is bold, full-bodied, and deeply revitalizing, leaving a clean, sweet finish that coats the throat. Renowned globally for its excellent clarifying and metabolism-boosting properties, it is the perfect companion for an active, highly productive day. Due to the outstanding structural integrity of its whole leaves, it is exceptionally suited for multiple infusions.
