Grown in the lush high-altitude region of Ocao at 900–1000 meters above sea level, this coffee undergoes a precise wet processing (washed) and is roasted to a beautifully dark profile (8 out of 10). This process locks in an exceptionally low acidity and yields a luxurious chocolate-creamy structure. The flavor profile boasts a bright caramel sweetness and deep cocoa undertones, elegantly completed by a sophisticated, fleeting hint of tobacco in the finish.
