Colombia Tello Women Coffee Project
An elegant premium high-altitude coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by an inspiring all-women's farming cooperative. Made of 100% Caturra Arabica with a gentle medium roast (5/10), it offers a balanced body, a bright dried-fruit aroma, and a remarkably clean, sweet, and fruity finish.
Colombia Tello Women Coffee Project is an exceptional, premium coffee that carries an inspiring story of community, dedication, and empowerment. Sourced from the prestigious Huila region of Colombia, this coffee is the proud result of a specialized social project uniting 25 passionate female smallholders from the De Mujeres Rurales Prisma de Tello association. Cultivated at high altitudes of 1400–1800 meters, the cherries are meticulously hand-picked, washed, fermented, and naturally sun-dried in the Andes.
Roasted to a lighter, more delicate medium profile (5 out of 10), this 100% Caturra lot highlights the clean and vibrant side of Colombian Arabica. It boasts a beautifully balanced, rich taste paired with a highly expressive aroma defined by sweet notes of dried fruits. The cup finishes with an incredibly clean, crisp, and transparent aftertaste featuring sophisticated fruity undertones. By choosing this coffee, you are directly supporting sustainable agriculture and female financial independence in rural Colombia.
