Brazil Daterra Espresso Yellow is grown at Daterra farm in Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brazil, at an altitude of 900–1200 m. This coffee brings together a selection of yellow-fruited arabica varieties and two processing methods: natural processing with the coffee cherries dried on the tree (Dried on Tree), and pulped natural processing.
We choose a medium roast (6/10) to bring out notes of ripe yellow fruit, peach and milk chocolate. Molasses sweetness and a gentle hint of honey complement these flavours, while a velvety texture gives the cup a pleasantly full, balanced character.
