Description of terms
Customer - a natural or legal person who places orders in the Internet shop www.kafijaspupina.lv and is the recipient of the ordered Product
Seller - kafijaspupina.lv, Ltd. "Kafijas Pupiņa".
Online Shop - a website on the Internet that has the address www.kafijaspupina.lv Customers in the Internet shop are offered the Seller's item, as well as the payment and delivery terms of the ordered item.
Website - www.kafijaspupina.lv
Commodity - a tangible item that is in circulation and is offered for sale on the Site.
Order - a properly executed Customer's request for delivery of the item selected on the Site to the address specified by the Customer.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The owner of the site is SIA "Kafijas Pupiņa".
1.2. By ordering the product through the Internet shop www.kafijaspupina.lv, the Customer agrees to the terms of sale of the product (hereinafter - the Terms), which are explained below.
1.3. These Terms, as well as the product information on the Site, are public offerings.
1.4. Relations between the Customer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
1.5. Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.

2. Registration
2.1. Order processing is available to the Customer with or without registration on the site.
2.2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided by the Customer in the registration form.

3. Execution of order and terms of its execution
3.1. The Customer can place the Order independently using the Order Form on the website.
3.2. When placing an order, the Customer shall indicate the following information:
     Customer's name and / or Order Recipient's name.
     Delivery address
     Contact phone
     Email address
3.3. Upon successful completion of the Order, the Customer shall be sent information about the execution of the Order to the e-mail address
3.4. The term of receipt of the Goods depends on the timely payment of the Order by the Customer, the region and address of the delivery, the work of the relevant delivery service, which ensures the delivery of this order and is not directly dependent on the Seller.
3.5. The information materials displayed on the site cannot fully reflect the characteristics of the product (including color, size, specifications, shape).
3.6. In the event that the Goods are not in the required quantity at the Seller's warehouse, including for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Seller shall have the right to cancel this item in the Customer's Order by notifying the Customer by sending a notice to the Customer's e-mail address.
3.7. In the event that the Customer rejects an Order which has been partially or fully paid but has not been delivered or delivered, the canceled Order amount shall be returned to the Customer.
3.8. The owners of the online store www.kafijaspupina.lv are not responsible for the transfer of color parameters of the photos to the buyer's display.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery to all regions of Latvia.
4.2. The Seller makes every effort to comply with the delivery deadlines specified, but nonetheless, delays in delivery of the Goods may occur due to reasons beyond the Seller's control.
4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage of the Product shall pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the Order by the Customer.
4.4. In cases where the Product has not been delivered to the Customer due to the fault of its postal (courier) employees at the time of delivery, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the paid goods and delivery value only after the Seller has received a certificate or compensation from the postal service.
4.5. The delivery methods are listed on the "Delivery" section of the site.
4.6. The Order shall be delivered to the Customer or the person specified in the Order as the recipient of this Order.

5. Payment of goods
5.1. Product prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) with PNV.
5.2. Forms of payment were described in the "Forms of payment" section of the website.
5.3. The Order will only be accepted for further processing after payment to the Seller of the full amount of the Order Value, with the exception of the Contract Customers.
5.4. Payment for the order is made by bank cards or online access to Swedbank, Luminor, Seb, Citadele

6. Discount codes
6.1. The Seller shall have the right to assign the discount codes to the Clients by offering them for participation in the marketing campaigns of the Site. The seller is entitled to amend them unilaterally.
6.2.The discount code is a combination of letters and / or numbers, which you can use to get discounts on your purchase or order.
6.3. Discount codes can be obtained during various promotions by visiting kafijaspupina.lv or by receiving them from Kaupijas Pupiņa SIA via e-mail or social networks.
6.4 The discount code must be entered in the last step of the shopping cart in the section: DISCOUNT CODE Enter your coupon code!
The discount code must be entered exactly as it was received.
6.5. Discount codes are given an expiration date, which is stated at the time of issue. The discount code may be in the form of an interest rebate on a purchase, a certain amount of money discount, or free shipping

7. Return of goods
7.1. The Customer shall have the right to cancel the ordered Product within 14 days upon receipt. Return of goods is only possible if the product retains its appearance, consumption characteristics, its original packaging and labeling.
7.2. In the event that the Customer has a right of withdrawal from the item and waives the purchased item in accordance with clause 7.1: The Seller shall pay the full value of the returned item, excluding the cost of delivery of the item.
7.3. Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Product from the Buyer or, in some cases, to refund if the Product was not returned in its original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, slight traces of use are noticeable.
7.4. The Customer shall have the right to replace the purchased product with an analogous product within 14 days upon receipt of the product if the size, color, shape, size or composition of the product does not satisfy the Customer, provided the appearance, consumption characteristics and original packaging of the Product are preserved. The Customer shall be charged an additional fee for the delivery of an analogous product.
7.5. If, at the moment of returning the Product for exchange purposes, the Seller does not have an analogous product at the disposal of the Seller, the Customer is entitled to refuse to comply with these Conditions and to request the return of the value of the Product.
7.6. The funds shall be returned to the Customer in the manner used by the Customer to pay for the Order, or upon Customer's written application funds may be transferred to the Customer's specified details, provided the Seller has such an opportunity.

8. Warranties and Guarantee
8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer as a result of improper use of the Product.
8.2. The seller is not responsible for the content or functionality of external sites.
8.3. Product descriptions in the online store www.kafijaspupina.lv are for information only and the use of this information does not create legal obligations between the visitor and the owner of the online store. The accuracy of the product description may not meet the criteria of the customer information request.
8.5. The owners of the online store www.kafijaspupina.lv are not responsible for the transfer of color parameters of the photos to the buyer's display.

9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Provision of Customer Information.
9.1.1. When registering on the Site, the Customer provides the following information:

     Product delivery address;
     Password to access the site.
9.2. Use of Customer Information.
9.2.1. Seller shall use Customer Information for the purpose of:
     Customer registration on the Website;
     Fulfillment of its obligations towards the Customer;
     Site evaluation and job analysis;
     To inform the customer about store news and promotions.
9.2.2 The Seller has the right to send advertising and informative notice to the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to receive notices of such content from the Seller, he may refuse to send newsletters.
9.3. Disclosure of Information Received by Seller.
9.3.1. Seller undertakes not to disclose information received from Customer. The provision of information about the Customer to agents and third parties acting on the basis of a contract entered into by Sellers for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations to the Customer shall not be considered an infringement:
• The personal data necessary for the delivery shall be transferred to the authorized processor - Venipak SIA, Omniva SIA
• Personal data necessary for the execution of payments shall be transferred to the authorized processor - Maksekeskus AS
9.3.2. Disclosure of information within the limits of the laws of the Republic of Latvia shall not be considered a violation of the rules.
9.3.3. The seller receives the IP address information of the visitors of the website www.kafijaspupina.lv. This information is not used intentionally to identify the visitor.

10. Other provisions
10.1. The relationship between the Customer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Customer shall telephone or e-mail info@kafijaspupina.lv ". Any dispute arising shall be resolved by negotiation as far as possible. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts in accordance with Latvian law.
