Warranty
"Kaupijas Pupiņa" Ltd. guarantees the goods / products in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, LR laws and regulations.

Conditions for return of goods
Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contract" stipulates that the customer has the right to rescind the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return the purchased product to the seller.

Important! The terms of the distance contract only apply to goods delivered by courier, and not to the goods received at the office.

When can a consumer not exercise his right of withdrawal when concluding a distance contract?
In the case of distance contracts, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of supplies of groceries, beverages and other consumer goods.

The return of the goods must be notified in writing to the representative of Ltd. "Kafijas Pupiņa", by sending an application to info@kafijaspupina.lv, or by calling (+371) 67 37 78 44. When returning the product, it must be accompanied by the purchase accompanying documents.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product within the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal", www.kafijaspupina.lv reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal or worn and / or damaged, if not in its original packaging, or if its packaging is significantly damaged (unless the consumer cannot open the packaging without damaging it) in order to protect the product from damage or deterioration.

The claim form shall be prepared by the consumer either in free form or by filling in the claim form, which shall be in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 1 of 1 August 2006. 631 "Procedure for the Claiming and Reviewing of a Consumer Claim for a Product or Service Not Conforming to the Contract".

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall, within 14 days of receipt of the item, deliver the item to the Seller at the office Plienciema 5 , Marupe. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
