Ti Kuan Yin (also known as Tie Guan Yin or "Iron Goddess of Mercy") is a legendary, top-tier dark Oolong tea sourced from the mist-veiled peaks of Fujian Province, China. Sampling this tea is an evolving sensory journey — shifting gracefully from an initial smoky touch in the aroma to a long, warm, and sweet finish. The tightly and heavily rolled leaves unfurl slowly and dramatically in hot water, filling your cup with a dense, velvety infusion layered with rich undertones of dried fruits.

This traditionally roasted Oolong invites you to slow down: its comforting aroma feels like a soft morning mist settling over mountain cliffs, while its texture remains exceptionally smooth, buttery, and harmonious. Ti Kuan Yin possesses an undeniable nobility — it is simultaneously elegant, robust, and grounding, bringing a profound sense of inner calm balanced with clean, focused energy in every sip. It stands as the ultimate choice for tea lovers who appreciate seeing a tea transform and bloom across multiple subsequent steepings.
