Brewing Guide:
Ceremonial Matcha Tea: Sift 1/2 tsp of powder into a chawan bowl, pour 100 ml of water cooled down to 60–70 °C, and whisk vigorously with a bamboo chasen until a thick, creamy froth covers the surface.
Premium Matcha Latte: Whisk 1 tsp of powder with 70 ml of warm water (60–70 °C) until smooth, then top with 200 ml of beautifully frothed warm milk of your choice.
