Green Pu Erh, pu erh tea

The green equivalent of the popular and earthy Pu Erh tea from Yunnan province.

Preparation guidelines:

Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1,5dl water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 70-80⁰C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 3- 5 minutes. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 2 infusions.
