Thailand Jing Shuan BIO, oolong tea
An exclusive Oolong speciality from the north of Thailand, close to the borders of Myanmar and Laos. At altitudes of 400 to 700 metres, surrounded by forests and blessed with consistent precipitation, exceptional tea specialities can be produced all year round. Typical for this Oolong tea, twisted into small olive-green pearls, is the natural, soft-creamy sweetness and a fine floral note of orchids. In the infusion, the pearls unfold into surprisingly long, slightly wavy leaves and offer a melon-yellow cup colour.
