Gyokuro Asahi is among Japan’s most exclusive green teas, known for its refined taste and deep umami richness. The name “Gyokuro” means “noble dewdrops,” symbolizing purity and elegance. This tea is shade-grown for about three weeks before harvest, a traditional process that enhances the leaves’ amino acids and natural sweetness.

Brewing recipe:
