Japanese Matcha KEN, 30g

Matcha is finely ground, high quality authentic Japanese green tea powder. Before plucking the tea leaves are 75%-95% shade covered up to 4 weeks, to slow growth and thus produce a greater amount of amino acids (L-Theanine) which gives the leaves natural sweetness. To make fine powder dried leaves are de-stemmed and ground on granite stone wheels.
